Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders are not shipped on Fridays or public holidays.


Delivery Time

We deliver across Egypt 🇪🇬

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days
  • Alexandria & Delta: 3–4 business days
  • Upper Egypt & other governorates: 4–6 business days

⚠️ Delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions.


Shipping Fees

Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and will be confirmed before order confirmation.

  • Please ensure all address details are correct
  • The customer must be available to receive the order
  • VELVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies

2. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products (lingerie & intimate wear), we follow a strict hygiene policy:
