Welcome to VELVA. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”) and VELVA (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website, Instagram page, and any related services (collectively, the “Site”).

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

Our products are intended for individuals aged 16 years and above.
If you are under 18, you must use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Products & Orders

Product Accuracy

We strive to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Providing complete shipping details
  • Paying the required shipping deposit (if applicable)

VELVA reserves the right to cancel any order in case of incomplete information or suspicious activity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (for remaining balance)
  • InstaPay / Vodafone Cash (for shipping confirmation)

5. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping company (usually 2–5 days)
  • Customers must provide accurate address details

VELVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of lingerie products (for hygiene reasons), returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving the order
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • With original tags
    • In original packaging

🚫 For hygiene reasons, panties cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (images, designs, logos, branding) belongs to VELVA and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

VELVA is not liable for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Delays caused by shipping companies
  • Minor variations in product appearance
